Oh, the hell you have to deal with daily if you have children with a narcissist. After a divorce and years of horrific abuse—verbal, psychological, and otherwise—all you want is to be left alone, not have your ex show up at your place unannounced whenever he feels like it. Hello,
I would like to ask what I can do in a situation where the children’s father keeps taking them away from me. He regularly shows up outside my building in his car, contacts my older son on his mobile phone (he’s 11, and the phone was given to him by his father), and tells the children what they should say to me so they can slip out of the apartment without me noticing. Yesterday, following his instructions, they told me they were just going downstairs to run around a bit on the ground floor (we have a staff member down there, so they’re not alone), because they were preparing for an upcoming competition at school. A moment later, I looked out the kitchen window and saw their father picking them up in his car.
In the past, the father has also stalked me, and he constantly gathers private information about me through our children, whom he involves in this dynamic. He has hired someone to put a building right next to where I lived on fire twice, though I don’t have enough evidence to proof it was him, just evidence that he has hired people to do small tasks for him in the past, which he also attested to at court (where he hired someone to deliver a letter in person).
