“What do you think about Chinese guys?”

It’s April, 2025. I chat with Ning, a woman from Tai’an, who is 30 years old. This is part 2 or our conversation. You can find part 1 here.
She inquires about my ex-husband. We start talking about men and dating.
She asks: “What do you think about Chinese guys?
I reply: “I think they are often more gentleman-like than, for example, German guys. At least in the beginning.”
She replies: “I agree. They are gentlemen-like in the beginning, but usually won’t keep up their gentlemen behavior long-term. Once they’ve tricked you into believing they are a gentleman, they’ll usually stop being a gentleman!”
