The court in China requires us to try and reach an agreement before filing a lawsuit. But thanks for cutting the process short—straight to court it is, then. Thanks! One less reason to talk to you. This honestly made my day. See… this post right here.

The messages read:
Me: “Right now, I am only referring to seeing our kids, because I am not in Siping. The court said that we should first talk, and only if we can’t find an agreement should I sue you.”
Him: “Go sue me.”
Have you ever had to deal with someone who refused to cooperate on anything?
Hi Ruth, does your lawyer tell you the same thing as the court does?
Hi Yansheng, I found that the courts are very familiar with the legal process, and I don’t question that their request is legitimate, since it sounds very reasonable. Thank you for your comment!
That makes sense. What the court says should be more legitimate. I hope you get custody of your children. Boys need their mother. Good luck.
Thanks!
