Bye, bye, mein Herz

I don’t like Joris’ latest song “Bye, bye, my love”.

If a person has been highly successful in their career, such as Joris, there may come a time when they think that the quality of whatever they put out is great, no matter which song they make or sing. This can lead to songs being released that are less thoughtful and of lower quality than should be expected if the singer actually put enough time and energy into creating a work of art that is valuable, and if the singer valued the quality of his work more than, for example, how a song appears to others.
Bye, Bye, My Love (Bye, bye, mein Herz)

I have to say that, in my opinion, some of the songs he puts out are really bad. A great example of this, in my opinion, is his latest song, “Bye bye, my love”, which receives a rotten tomato from me. I know rotten tomatoes are usually given to movies that are really bad, if there is an equivalent for songs, let me know.

With any song like this that he puts out, I have to wonder if he slept with the model. He told me he did, and then he told me he didn’t. Since he thought it was more important to spend his holidays with her than with me, I will simply draw my own conclusion here. There are only a few chances you get, and if this kind of behavior happens repeatedly, you won’t get another chance, even if you think you deserve it. Honestly, I don’t even know why he’d think that after all he’s put me through.

It is this kind of behavior, among other things he did, that led to our relationship ending. I can’t count how many times I had to wait for him because he couldn’t make up his mind about being in a relationship with me, constantly prioritized other women and things, stood me up more times than I can remember, yet still wouldn’t let me separate from him and move on with my own life.

I have left him a comment on YouTube:

“My ears still hurt from this discordant noise. I have no idea what you were thinking when you wrote this song. It would be nice if you could also accept the end of our relationship in real life.”

 Let’s see if he allows people to comment that they don’t like a song or if these comments are being deleted.
